Privacy Policy
Effective July 27, 2026
1. Who we are
rilt.io is operated by Webverry LLC ("Webverry," "Rilt," "we," "us"), a California limited liability company doing business as Rilt. This policy explains what we collect through this site and how we use it.
2. Information you provide directly
rilt.io does not have a signup form, account system, or newsletter. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of any message, sent when you reach us at hello@rilt.io or +1 (626) 926 2076. We use that information solely to respond to you and, if a working relationship follows, to operate it.
3. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically logs standard technical data for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and timestamps. This is server-level logging used for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the site running, not a marketing or advertising tool. We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts on rilt.io, and we do not set non-essential cookies.
If that changes, for example if we add privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, we will update this policy first.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to inquiries sent through the contact channels above.
- Evaluate and, where appropriate, begin a client relationship.
- Keep the site secure and operating correctly.
- Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (such as our hosting provider, email provider, and accounting or legal counsel), and only to the extent needed for them to do that work, or when required by law.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an active or prospective relationship, and standard hosting logs for the period our provider retains them by default. We delete or anonymize information once it no longer serves a business or legal purpose.
7. Your rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Because we collect so little, most requests are straightforward to fulfill. To make a request, email hello@rilt.io from the address in question.
8. Children
rilt.io is a business site and is not directed to, or knowingly used to collect information from, anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or business changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to hello@rilt.io or +1 (626) 926 2076.
